We’ve had many good five star meals here in the past. However, the majority of the food was cold and lacking meat compared to previous orders. The free onion bhajis were stone cold. 1.5 hrs for the order with a 30min delay past the collection time in the takeaway. Food tasted fantastic as normal.

Usually food is great from seven spice but last night food was not good ordered food online told to pick up at 5.50pm 40 minutes later finally got my takeaway no apology why food was late will definitely not be going back plenty of other Indian takeaway ‘s

Placed our order online which we paid for, was given a collection time, arrived at that time to find the restaurant closed. Requested a refund but was told this will take up to 5 days to receive. Not acceptable - if you can’t fulfil the order then don’t accept the order in the first place.

We both thoroughly appreciated the quality of the food and the friendly staff. The only criticism is the length of the wait. Clearly understaffed where a high demand from many a satisfied customer causes delay. Having said that we really appreciate Seven Spices. Thank you.
